This charming country house was for many years the home to Joseph Whidbey, the Superintendent Engineer of the great Plymouth Breakwater.

The Bovisand Lodge Estate comprises of the Country House, home to the current owners and three Heritage Apartments, all set within a small select Beachside Holiday Park. All guests have use of the magnificent indoor heated swimming pool (open all year) and surrounding grounds.

Bovisand is set in a quiet, secluded location adjacent to the coastal path where you can relax and enjoy easy walks with breathtaking views or play golf at the nearby Staddon Heights course.
