Cove View Cottage has a spacious sitting/dining room, a modern kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms, with the option of twin beds in one of them if required, and a bathroom that includes a shower. Outside there is a sheltered balcony and a patio, and residents can also enjoy full use of the courtyard and garden, shared with Bugle Rocks next door, which is a bed and breakfast. Cove View Cottage overlooks the South Devon Costal Path and it comes with magnificent views across the valley and down to the sea.
There is plenty of wildlife to find and, with no ambient light pollution, Cove View Cottage is an ideal place to star gaze. Dartmoor National Park is about 30 minutes away by car and there are pretty villages and creek-side pubs and restaurants within a five to 15 minute driving distance. The coastal path leads to magnificent views and sandy beaches. You can walk for a few minutes or for miles - it's your choice. The coves are lovely for children to explore, discover rockpools, play in the sand and paddle in the sea. South Devon is a delightful area at any time of year with its varied coastline and diversity of landscapes, from deeply hedged lanes to the open wilderness of Dartmoor and the completely natural and unspoilt haven of Mothecombe beach. There is a private footpath for use by residents, right next to the cottage, which leads directly onto the coastal path. The pretty villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers, are a short drive away.
